Steve thoroughly enjoyed time with his family, who he considered to be his biggest blessing from the Lord. He liked vacationing in sunny Mexico, and cruising in the Bahamas. He also made a few trips to attend Marine Corps reunions with his wife. One of Steve’s favorite pastimes was cheering on the University of Washington Husky football and softball teams. GO DAWGS! But, most of all he loved watching his grandchildren grow up. He was a charismatic and charming man who people were drawn to. He was highly intelligent, took pride in a job well done, and was good at almost everything. Steve was known for his compassion and generosity towards others, often sacrificing for those less fortunate. He enjoyed bonding with friends and family over a delicious meal, while telling stories and cracking jokes. Steve’s quick wit and sense of humor were unmatched.
