If you haven't been there, you're in for a pleasant surprise. I have reserved the Eagles Nest for our event.

Date: August 8th.

Timeline: Meet at the Ruby River Hotel at 11:30 a.m.
The winery opens at 12:00 noon and will last until 2:00 p.m. when we return to the Ruby River Hotel.

Transportation: Basically on your own. I am asking those who can give a ride to let me know and those who need a ride to also let me know.

Cost: All alcohol must be purchased at the winery. Wine tasting is $20.00 for a sample of four wines. Wine by the glass price varies, bottle prices also vary.

Food: Arbor Crest does have a small menu and you may purchase food of your choice. My thought is to put together a charcuterie of items that I hope will both pair with the wine and be sufficient to satisfy any hunger pains you may have by offering a variety of sliced meats, cheeses, fruit, crackers and bread ( maybe a surprise piece of chocolate ). The cost of the charcuterie, if you would like to take part is $10.00 per person payable to me by August 1st ( that is when I need to let the winery know how many to expect ). I will put together the best charcuterie I can for the funds I receive.
